Double clearance means two customs events handled end to end: export declaration in China plus import clearance in the United States. Tax included means we advance and settle all applicable US import duties and taxes as importer of record. The listing must have an active restock plan, cartons must carry FNSKU labels and the shipping labels the platform requires, and barcode overage rules must be respected. Bundles and poly-bagging must match the product policy for the category.

The restock shipment ID and plan, the FC destination, FNSKU and carton labels, the commercial invoice, packing list and air waybill. We file the customs entry and ISF as importer of record under our bond.

UPS carries restock cartons within the standard maximum weight per package and the length-plus-girth cap. Palletised or oversize restock moves as freight scheduled to the centre appointment window rather than as parcel.

Packing is tuned to the commodity and the journey: export-grade cartons or pallets, corner and edge protection, shock and moisture control, and clear handling marks. Fragile or high-value items receive extra bracing, and any carton whose dimensions approach the carrier limits is measured and, where needed, reinforced or split. Every carton is weighed and dimensioned at pickup, so the booked rate, the aircraft selection and the final-mile service all match the actual shipment rather than an estimate, and where a receiving site has no dock the packing is planned around liftgate access.

Beyond a correct delivery address and a contact, nothing. The consignee does not file a customs entry, does not appoint a broker, does not post a bond and does not pay duty at the door. We assemble the commercial invoice, packing list, air waybill and entry documents, and we obtain any scenario-specific certificate that is genuinely required.

Inspections are a normal part of importing and are covered by this service. Examinations are managed by our US team, and we absorb the standard coordination cost so the importer receives no extra examination invoice. A pre-submission review checks classification, valuation, marks and any scenario-specific compliance point before filing, which keeps our examination rate below the general average for the commodities we move.

A quote requires the product description, HS context where known, gross weight, carton or pallet dimensions, declared value and the exact delivery address. Documentation is prepared by our team and includes the commercial invoice, packing list, air waybill and entry papers. Payment is accepted by T/T, PayPal, Western Union or Bank Transfer, and the duty and import tax component is settled by us directly with US customs rather than billed to the consignee.
